Chenega Logistics Opens New Downtown Sioux Falls Office
Ribbon Cutting Scheduled for June 13
 
Sioux Falls-based technology company Chenega Logistics will be hosting a Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting ceremony on June 13, 2011. Festivities will commence at 11:30 a.m., with an open house to follow at the new downtown office, located at 114 South Main Avenue, Suite 201, Sioux Falls. Sioux Falls Mayor Mike Heuther and local business leaders are expected to be in attendance.
Established in 2006, Chenega Logistics was founded with the purpose of – and has remained committed to – bringing information technology careers and opportunities to the Sioux Falls region. Regarding the new office in the heart of Sioux Falls, Chenega Logistics President Mike Montgomery stated, “Chenega Logistics is here to stay and grow with South Dakota as a technology business leader and community partner.”
Chenega Logistics, LLC (CL), started as a joint-venture between Chenega Corporation and Horizon Lines in 2006. Since May 2010, CL has been wholly-owned by Chenega and today is a fully compliant, certified 8(a) company, offering services in a wide range of core competencies, including information technology, software development, systems integration, intelligence and cyber solutions.
